Order – 171-4751749-9950724
Item – Nasher Miles Riga Black Laptop Backpack 18 L
Sold by – RetailEZ Pvt Ltd
Price – Rs 2533.
Date of purchase – 07/07/2022, Date of return – 11/07/2022.

Item delivered was different so raised return giving same as reason. On returning no refund issued. Investigation says that feedback from warehouse is that item returned was different so no refund can be issued. Obviously when item delivered is different, then item returned will also be different from ordered one. Either delivery guy or pick up guy are fraud or the retailer is fraud. Amazon says nothing can be done further.
Why is the customer being held responsible for this goof-up. Such retailers should be blacklisted as they might be doing this with other customers as well.
I can see lot of such complaints. And if this is not resolved, people might start hesitating to shop online.
Very disappointing and ridiculous response from Amazon. The money should be refunded and please try to make better policies to be more customer centric.
