I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent order placed on your website.
Order Details:
– Order ID: SB9774
– Order Date: 12 January
– Items Ordered: 2 Night Suits
– Amount Paid: ₹998
Instead of the two night suits shown on your website and confirmed in my order, I have received a single jeans, which is completely unrelated to what I purchased. This is a clear case of wrong item delivery and is unacceptable.

I expect this issue to be resolved immediately. Please confirm one of the following within 24 hours of receiving this email:
1. Pickup of the incorrect item and delivery of the correct night suits, OR
2. A full refund of ₹998 to my original payment method
