I ordered a phone of realme 9 pro 5G worth rs 21000 and received a package with glue worth 40rs… clear case of fraud .. I have been contacting the respective team and no resolution on done….it is a matter of 21000 which is a very big amount for me … I even ordered it with the help of EMI Card…I haven’t yet received a better response from the team…please help…we are some middle class people and this amount is something which I get when I work for 2 month…help
