My name is Vishal sharma. I order a produt on shopsy on 13/0/5/2023 of Rs 80 Whose order id is OD128084286996173000 a baby fruit fedder. but Today 17/05/2023 I have receved wrong item a Thin earpick by Shopsy and it is not returanable . Shopsy does fraud with me. please help me to refund my cash.

I have ordered polo Men yellow 42 T-shirt 10pcs on 02/09/2022 and CPD 07/09/2023, When the parcel was opened I found that get only 1pcs. Today I complain to customer care, but after some time showing my account has been deactivated.
I am the flipkart plus member. We ordered through Shopsy because we have good experience of it but this is an unfortunate experience. If you don’t take it seriously then it may damage the image you have already built in the market.
