I think this is a duping company (Shifto). I ordered a PICCO projector worth Rs. 1499 and instead received Adivasi oil of Rs 399. This was COD paid. The box had the same item name written over the box and hence the person present in the house accepted the item, paying the cash. It could be that the eKart(the shipper) could be involved too. At the same time of delivery, eKart called conforming the delivery and SMS was also received from the shipper hence no doubt was raised. When I returned home, I found the fraud. The fraud company, Shifto has no legal website or customer care number. It looks like ekart has the tracking of the package but no mechanism to register the complaint or a support number. Ekart role is questionable in this case to check promptly to avoid payment being forwarded to the company.
