Text of Complaint by Samia Umar:

I placed an order with Blinkit and received the wrong item. I immediately contacted their support through the app and even provided clear photo proof of the wrong product. However, their team falsely claimed that the correct item was delivered and refused my refund request.

I am not from Jaipur-l was visiting and have to travel back today. I have sent three emails, all of which were ignored with just automated replies. The customer support team has not been helpful and I feel cheated.

This is an urgent matter as I am leaving the city today and need my refund processed immediately. The lack of resolution and accountability is unacceptable.
