Hi
I bought a kurta set from Amazon by 29 jan 2022 from Amazon. They delivered wrong product on 4 Feb .I raised return request on 24 Feb but till the date pick up didn’t happen.
I tried to reach out them multiple time asking about the pick up every time they say pick up will happen soon but till the date return not happened. I created return/pick 7 times. The money also stucked in their account
Kindly look into above mentioned issue and do the needful.
