On 7th Jan 2022 I have order HP Laptop worth Rs 58, 999 ( Order Id 403-3456269-6197138
The order was delivered on 15th Jan 2022 as precautionary measure we always take photos and videos of unboxing .
While opening it was found that we have received a weighing machine instead of laptop . Immediately I have called the customer care to report this issue .
They ask me to upload the pictures and inform it will take 5 days to investigate and resolve and told me to call on 21st January 2022. Today on 21st January when I called they told me that the matter is resolved they have done the investigation and the correct product was delivered its is closed from amazon end . My money is gone and they are not ready to listen to whom I complaint for this issue .
Rs 59000 gone . Please help me get the refund .
