We have our Business Account with Amazon & make all necessary purchases for our office from here.
On 15th Dec 2021, we received a wrong item worth Rs. 999/- instead of a laptop for which we paid Rs. 37999/- (Order #407-8362275-4057127) . This is the only reason why we requested for a replacement (408-6682293-0559520) on 15th Dec.
It was entirely Amazon’s fault to deliver a wrong item first & then asking for the laptop to be returned during replacement on 17th Dec. How can we handover laptop when we have not received it at all?
Some Pradnya Chavan’s order was delivered to us. I shared the photographs also with Amazon.
Still every time the Executive is asking for the laptop to return & the Customer Support Team is not able to solve the problem till date. I have been following up with Customer Care since 15th Dec, still the issue is not resolved. Neither the laptop is delivered nor our money is refunded.
Please assist in resolving the issue
