Item refund request is unresolved even after lapse of more than 25 days. On 11.11.2023, I placed an order with order Id- OD329658234420304400, for Mark & Keith Women Gold shoulder bag, amount Rs.1199/- but unfortunately, wrong item was delivered to me. Subsequently, I raised a complaint regarding the incorrect delivery and requested to initiate return and refund process.
Despite multiple follow ups, my complaint has not been addressed and still the resolution is pending. Yesterday, I received mail from Flipkart support that my account has been blocked due to high return, whereas same is not the case. From my last order of 5 items, I have kept 3 items, cancelled 1 item and requested for return of 1 item which was wrongly delivered.
As an aggrieved of flipkart, now I regret to say that they are scamming their customers and by blocking of account they are trying to shut the voice of their customers.
Through this forum, I seek justice as for the inconvenience caused to me by Flipkart.
