MY WIFE JYOTI HAS SEEN SOME CLOTHES ONLINE FACEBOOK ID AND ORDERED THOSE CLOTHES ON WHATSAPP NUMBER 9173082503. SHOPKEEPER SHARE ALL DETAILS ON WHATSAPP FOR NEW ORDER AND MY WIFE SENT ALL THE DETAILS OF THE HOUSE ON DELIVERY ON CASH ON DELIVERY.
GENERATE RETAIL INVOICE NO. 06874 DATEL 26 AUG 2022 IN SHOPKEEPER. SHOPKEEPER SEND ITEM THROUGH EKART LOGISTICS (CASH ON DELIVERY) SHIPMENT NO. SRTC1685259791. I AM RECEIVED ITEM 30 AUGUST 2022 AND PAID CASH PAYMENT 1300/- EKART DELIVERY EMPLOYEE. I SAW THE ITEM AND THAT ITEM WAS WRONG. SHOPKEEPER CHEATED ON US. MAKE A COMPLAINT IN EKART LOGISTICS OFFICE INCHARGE JASJEET M.NO. 9465378203 IN PATHANKOT HUB WITHIN 1 HOUR AFTER I RECEIVED THE ITEM. I TOLD MADAM THAT OUR ITEM IS RECEIVED WRONG PLEASE STOP PAYMENT OF SHOPKEEPER AND RETURN OUR ITEM. MADAM DID NOT RETURN OUR ITEM AND TOLD US THAT I WILL SEND YOUR COMPLAINT TO THE ACCOUNT DEPARMENT VIA EMAIL. MADAM TOLD US IT WILL TAKE 15 DAYS FOR THIS COMPLAINT. ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT WILL GIVE PERMISSION FOR ITEM RETURN. TODAT I HAVE MORE THAN 15 DAYS.
