I ordered two stretchable paints (Grey/ Black) colour on the www.myshopify.com dt. 6.05.2023 time of 5.31pm. when i was surfing at face book. it was looking very nice and very comfortable. so i chose these paints. They also given very good offer (Buy one get one free) and items costing is Rs. 1199. I little bit heazitate for share my bank details for online payment, but when i saw the cash on payment then ordered for these items.
I were regularly search the mail for product dispatch details, track the product, but till date not received any mail and information about ordered product/ items.
Suddenly i received the call on Tuesday 09.05.2023 by courier boy Mr. Nitiesh Khare and says your parcel is in my hand and i am Infront of your house and want to delivered. I Sayed, I am in office and will collect from your office, but he says my courier is around 7 km distance from my home so if anyone in home he can pay the amount i can delivered the parcel. I was very Bizzi in office and so i agreed any call at home for payment and collect the order.
At evening when is reached the home i opened the parcel delivered by courier boy only one paint in the packet and also not stretchable, quality was very poor like stitch from local market or road side sales stitch products(loer).
When i saw the bill for return the product, they are not mentioning where the items came and if not delivered where they have to return. screen shot of order and product photos as well as delivered slip is attached as attachment for your reference.
I want to return this product and want my money back. Please help me and if you have any contact no., please provide me.
