Text of Complaint by Maitreyee:

On 11- 10 – 2023 I received the wrong product. The item they have sent is not the same which I ordered . The invoice of the product is #FNZ4008. The payment was in the form of cash on delivery . Their site has no information or contact regarding the exchange of the product and even they are not answering my emails for change of the right order.Therefore I request FRENZY DEALS to send me the right product free of charge within 7 days of the date in this complaint.
