Respected Sir/Maam

It is very unfortunate that I have been facing problems with my Flipkart Order No. OD328253272320150200 [Invoice Attached]. I had ordered from Flipkart groceries and one of the items in the order i.e., Ariel Top Load Matic Detergent Powder 4 kg was wrongly delivered. Instead of 4 Kg, only 2 Kg got delivered [Pictures Attached of the delivered product]. These items were ordered for my parents who are senior citizens of the country and who have been facing constant problems due to this harassment. I have been complaining about this product for 4 times in a row and they were subsequently rejected [Screenshot Attached]. Even the Wishmaster who delivered the product took pictures of the wrongly delivered product and he told my parents that when the company inquired about the delivery, he would state the wrong item’s delivery status. Also, the return policy in the invoice also states that within 10 days we can return a different product.

This continuous problem is only increasing the agony. Kindly look into the problem and offer a suitable resolution.
