Text of Complaint by Shijia Wang:

I ordered a pair of Women’s BOA Felix Snowboots in Blue/Gray for size 9 from DreamRuns in June. DreamRuns put a pair of Limelight Snowboots inside the box of the Felix and shipped to me. I had it shipped back to China and finally received it on July 27th. I immediately contacted DreamRuns once I found out the item delivered was wrong. I also gathered evidence including camera footage from my carrier, order details, tracking routes, and my unboxing video. But DreamRuns acted like it was my fault to receive a wrong item and have been replying to my emails/messages very passively. They requested me to ship it back to the U.S. for a refund and will not cover any of the shipping costs, and never said another words. It’s so ridiculous that I have to pay for their mistake. I have consulted with my attorney in Seattle and he confirmed that I don’t even need to return the item for a refund.

Now the Felix BOA Snowboots in Blue/Gray that I have been expecting for months are sold out online. It’s DreamRuns’s obligation to fulfill the order according to our sales contract, but they never care about my case.
