Text of Complaint by Salman:

Team i order an item from flipkart (US POLO ASSN Full Sleeve Printed Men Jacket) order id OD124055482309426000, on 1st Feb 2022 but i’m getting wrong product from flipkart i;e M size Check shirt , than i raised request for return but they reject return that product but with the help of customer support team i process for return but they confirmed me that they can only replace this product and after that if you will not statisfied with the product so you can return the product as well,
But this getting too late to delivered the replacement product as flipkart confirmed that they can deliver replacement product on 6th feb 2022 but I didn’t get the product on given date, now the give another date as they update replacement item will deliver on 7th feb 2022 but again today (7th of Feb 2022) replacement product not delivered yet,
As if they deliver the product late so i’ll not eligible for return as this product return date only 14th feb 2022,
So i just want to request pls deliver the replacement product asap as if i will not satisfied with the product so i can return it on given timeline,

And one more thing if seller dont have same product why they send different product as i getting M Size shirt instead of Ordered Hoddie, now i called so many times to flipkart customer support they arrange the callback request but I didn’t get the calls also from flipkart team,
Need urgent action on this and get the query resolved at earliest.
