on 11.10.2021 i ordered for Springtek Rollaway Foam and Wrought Iron Metal Folding Single Bed with 6-Inch Contemporary Foam Mattress, Lockable Wheels- (Black) , on 15.10.2021 they delivered different Item that is Duroflex folding table (actual billing and shipping address of Tamilnadu) same was informed to customer service on same day . it was not taking taking replacement then i choose for return and refund , on 23.10.2021 return item was picked by delivery agent without confirmation , then constantly i was in touch with Amazon customer service agents for requesting Refund , but on 11.11.2021 Delivery Agent has dropped same returned item near my door step without intimation , same matter has been conveyed to customer executive they are telling in 3 working days item will be picked again and same answer for more than 4 times till now but i didnt get any solution and refund
