I ordered a macbook 2020 on 4th October, but received a wrong product podcast kit. Immediately, I called the customer care and they confirmed everything will be investigated, and I will be informed the outcome. Also, to expedite the matter I requested Amazon social media to look into it. Few days back, one investigation team member has visited my place and checked everything in person. The wrong product that was sent to me has an Amazon and Product barcode, and I provided all the details with the proper screenshots. Today, I got a response from the Amazon team the product was sent to me intact condition. My question to the team is that how a podcast product with a barcode was sent to me?
Did they check the Podcast kit barcode details on their inventory ?
I need them to perform a proper investigation and figure out what went wrong.
