Hi Team,

I have ordered for a device

redmi note 10 Pro Max.

But I have received this product as

redmi note Pro 10

At the time of purchasing both were on the cart

While making payment Pro Max was out of stock due to color varient

Later cart automatically took me to payment page I have made the payment for wrong device

Since the day I have received the product I am trying to return to application it is not taking it

I am order for product a and I got b.

I want this to be returned replace the same gadget with pro max

This is an E-Commerce industry have some customer service ethics lot of difficulty we Amazon business account and this is the first of first order

1) the device is not unpacked still

2) I have taken this device on business account is only for the client requirement and that is a reimbursement going to happen for my purchase

3) note taking return for this device is equal to putting this device in dustbin.

4) I don’t want to order something which is coming at same price why will I take lower version of it.

5) not my concern is only with the brand Amazon I expect return should be created & Refund it.

6) robot is not working on the process is a human being requirement I have made the payment for the device I need
not for the nonsense.
