I placed order number 171-8572417-8494717 for XXL diapers on dated 26-8-22 and I paid Rs 1099 and I placed this order in advance. Also, from the above order number I received M size diapers and I kept them without check function. On opening the parcel for use on 15-9-2022 I found that diapers received M size Instead of XXL size and I informed the customer about this. Even informed and talked to them but they refused to change it and give refund and I am complaining that I need to change these diapers or refund the payment made by me.
You are well known reputed company and perform this kind of cheap behavior and services is create some doubt of big scam or cheating
