“Dear Sir,
I had ordered a Tripad K5 notch phone (copy of order enclosed). But the packet received contained Appletree T1. Ordered was 8gb 128gb phone but received 2bg 16gb phone. So, wrong order received. Also a damaged one Please initiate the refund process for exchange. It was intimated through your website day before yesterday. Hoping for an early response.”
All the mails are bouncing back.
