I ordered a “TIMEX Analog Watch – For Men & Women” from Flipkart on February 13th, 2023 for Rs. 3,679/-, and it was delivered on February 15th, 2023, but I received the wrong item (company brand name is SEPFEM), they sent me a duplicate and a local product. I filed a complaint for return , and the Flipkart team has opened a refund ticket. I have been following up on the issue, but the ticket has been closed two times with the message that the courier service provider has confirmed delivery of the order with the product intact. I shared the wrong item image in their ticket portal, but they are refusing to refund my money.
