Dear Sir,

this is with reference to my complaint against Airtel who has imposed fake ISD bill on my Mobile no- 9958830860 in the month of May 2020

i have escalated this issue in Airtel Customer care & even to there CEO Mr Vittal but not got any response

They have imposed this fake bill & saying that you might have some application on your handset which might have triggered these calls & we can’t help it.

i have to inform that the phone is with my 75 year old father-in-law & he is not at all tech savvy & do not ha e any applications barring whtsapp,

im requesting your urgent help in getting my issue addressed & impose penalty on them for looting customers by imposing fake bills.
