Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Nagesh Athani. I am using vodafone number i.e. 9819000724 had been charged some illogical extra bill. Attached within my disputed bill which shows that on 24th and 25th june I had been charged 500 rs for data usage and after 25th there is no charges on data usage. If the data had been exhausted then it should keep on charging from 24th. My bill cycle is 11th of every month and I had got a message from vodafone that 90 % of data had been utilized on 7th (i.e. 4 days before bill cycle). Whereas on 10th one day before 3gb data was still balance on my vodafone app. Secondly if my data was exhausted I didn’t received any notification for the same from vodafone.
I had complained the issue to customer care on phone , on mail and also visited vodafone gallery but still I am getting the message to pay extra amount.
Please do the needful and send me a proper rectified bill.
