Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that I had been Charged exorbitantly as per the below listed details, from the month of July’19 to Dec’19 without providing any adequate information about the Rs.199 Monthly Rental Plan. I received a call from your vodafone officer stating that Vodafone has launched a special offer of Rs.199 Monthly Rental Plan. In this plan, i can avail Unlimited Local/ STD Calls + Free National Roaming + 10GB Data every month and my bill amount would not exceed Rs. 120 any month. I was really excited about the new offer and decided to avail for the same. But to my utter surprise I am getting high bill amounts from July’19 to current month of Dec’19. When I called your customer care, I was surprised to find out, i had been charged heavily for STD Calls and National Roaming, i was informed that i had got wrong information previously. I am shocked to find out that i had been deceived. This is not right, since Vodafone has charged approx. Rs. 4014.49 in the last 6 months due to wrong information provided by your untrained officer. Please understand the pain from customer’s point of view and reverse the excess amount charged for the last months to my account at the earliest, failing which i would raise the complaint with the nodal or Zonal officer or the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. Awaiting your prompt action and response at the earliest. Copy of Bills attached herewith for your perusal.
