Was informed that replacement of a defective product would happen in 5 days.
Once the product was returned the 5 days were converted to 15 days and even after repetitive calls was informed that lockdown would not have any impact on the delivery . This information was repeated the day after lockdown was announced. When called on 15th day 1 day prior to expected delivery was informed that the deliver won’t happen due to lockdown
