Sir/ Madam i have booked a ticket with PNR no. 6441670225, hence when our staff went to the station on travelling date i.e, 2.06.2020, they were told that train has been cancelled and to return, and the full amount will be refunded by IRCTC., but after all this day yet have not received the refunded amount , and when i contact the customer care of IRCTC , i been told that the train was not cancelled it was diverted, for which i had to file TDR for which also the time limit has over. What shall i do because i was not aware of the diversion of the train ,even the train doesn’t reach to my source station and i was told that it has been cancelled due to landslide. Please look into the matter and guide what i can do with this current scenario to get my refund as it is a huge amount for us.and cannot afford to loose it. The above ticket were booked for our labour to get them back to bihar, in this crucial time. Also i Was told that ifthe Train didn’t come it was my duty to check the status online.
Attached ticket copy too and the amount is around 15k.
