Text of Complaint by Shivanshu Sharma:

Sir/ma’am,
This is to bring to your notice that i Shivanshu Sharma was a Paytm postpaid user , mobile number 9235617999 was registered with Paytm Postpaid , in February 2023 there was bill raised for 1500 or nearby amount which has been paid by me. Yet again a bill of 6900 was raised.

Now the case is as follows, against the credit limit of 20,000 provided by Paytm postpaid my credit limit shown was 27,000 meaning 7,000 excess payment i used the limit ,for the same over call from your call centers i have mentioned to provide Real time application log that registers all entry whenever the transaction is made. But instead of any clarification a bill of 6900 is raised.

And on tweeting i didn’t get a resolution rather recovery agent was sentto my place on dated 12/06/2023 .
