I have purchased a JIO FIBER connection on 17th March 2022. At the time of purchase, I asked for 6 months package so I was been told that i just have to pay for 3 months and other 3 months i will get for free. But after 3 months every month i am paying around 1200 for the service and the JIO sales guy (Mr. Pankaj) and JIO Zonal Head both are not picking up my calls and not even replying to my messsages. I have audio recording of the conversation between me and the sales guy.
