Hi
I have postpaid Airtel number 7078696218. I was told by your customer care executive that the amount of data I will use, I will be charged for that much. I have taken a new fibernet connection of Airtel and I wanted to stop my postpaid connection that day itself. But he didn’t stopped it. Instead he said you will be charged for the data you will use. So I barely used the data. Now I have 116 GB of data left in that postpaid sim and he is asking me to pay the whole bill for the whole month without usage of data.
I tried calling your customer care but not able to talk to any executive.
This wrong communication of your executive is pathetic. And I am not getting any solution to this.
Can you please get back to me on this.
