WRONG INFORMATION EXPLAINED ABOUT TATA PLAY BINGE PLAN. TOLD PREVIOUS ALL CHANNELS ( INCLUDING HD CHANNELS ) WILL RUNNING AS USUAL IN TATA BINGE PLAN , ADDITIONAL NETFLIX SERVICE WILL ACTIVATE. PREVIOUS MONTHLY CHARGES RS 569 ALREADY PAID , NEW PLAN CHARGES RS 539. ALSO THEY TOLD RECHARGE RS 50 FOR NEW NEW PLAN ACTIVATION.
BUT AFTER BINGE PLAN ACTIVATION , HD CHANNELS AND SOME ZEE CHANNELS HAD DISCONNECTED.
I had called to customer care, but not given proper answer
I WANT MY MY OLD PLAN WILL RUNNING ON URGENT BASIS.
