I received a call from Vodafone cs to add me and my family into a family plan (total 4 numbers) including mine.
During the sales call I was informed that we will be given Insurance aswell should we convert into this plan. We have a call recording to prove the same.
Post change we were informed the same is not available.
We also chased customer services to pay our bills but we were informed that we have no bills to pay as our price plans have changed and bill dates also changed.
Then Vodafone directly moved our numbers into collections where we were hasassed for payments. Even post paying collections teams harassed us for our bills for the whole month of March.
We called complaints team and were not offered any help so asked for escalation.
ALL advisors give misinformation when asked for escalation. They say to go to store for full refund / u’ll get a manager call back but no one calls back/ give wrong contact info for nodal officer.. Etc.
They have moved us out of our original price plan but say that we have used services of old plan so we cannot port out.
