Hi sir i am Nikhil Thakur and agency of tata sky call me to take new connection in 2000 and then i accepted the offer and technician call me for installation and want some extra charges. he told me that i m not coming if you not pay some extra charges.
And senior executive of tatasky told me that the plan was only 1569 with one month recharge of 368. After one day i call again in helpline no of tatasky and he told me that technician will come to your place within 2 hrs and he also gave me a details that your plan is of 1569. But after 2 hrs there is no call from technician.
When i call to helpline number again then they told me that the rate of dish will be 1599 in all calls they changes their rates. Thats why i am not satisfy from your services in every call all senior executive gave me a wrong information so please help me.
