Hi sir,
I am user of T WALLET using this app I transferred 20 thousands rupees to wrong bank account instead of mine. So I come to realise and raised a refund request and intimated to Karur Vysya bank Kondapur on feb-17-2021. Till now I didn’t received my money back. If I ask Karur Vysya bank team they told that we refunded money but the source team is not providing details. If I ask Source team (Twallet) they told Karur Vysya bank not provided refund. This phonamina is occurring from last 2 months.
Twallet team some times not suppose to give reply through the help line number also. Please take my complaint and give me proper judgement
