My name is Tamojit Kar. I saw an advertisement in Facebook.com of superemegadgets.com which showed a pair of SONY Airpod at rs 1599/- if ordered within 2 hrs. I clicked the link and ordered the same on 13th August 2020. They sent an order confirmation email also. Now on 18th August 2020 i got a call from a famous logistics company EKART , that a parcel has arrived. I paid the amount to the parcel guy and took the parcel. When i opened the parcel, to my utter surprise it contained two very low quality wired earphone which donot cost more than 200. I tried to contact the company, but all the information provided on the E-Bill are fake. Even the GST number is also fake. The mobile number provided is not in use. Name of the company provided is Clouddy Wings. The company just cheats it customers. Can anyone help in this regarding???
