Text of Complaint by MANISH GIRI:

I’ Manish Giri and This is to inform you that on the day 25/12/2023 at 6:57 while sending money to my sister by mistake I clicked on the history of my DMRC QR code option unintentionally I have sent 13000 /- to DMRC. Account which is used to for Paytm DMRC ticket booking.
I have already done everything what is possible from my side PAYTM DMRC AND EVEN BANK not helping me to get my refund it has been more than 3 months no one has helped me, I have talked to DMRC, PAYTMBANK, ICICI BANK TOO,
DMRC PAYTM BANK AND MY ICICI BANK they are accusing each other, and they ask me every time to call next time we are working on your case they first they ask me to wait for a week then 40 day then again week then they say end of months then i called again they say team is working on , when i ask them to transfer the call to senior they delay sometime hung up , but its 3 months now, please help me to get my 13000 rupees please.
