I got wrong item and I asked for refund and ₹400 coupon was given which is totally unacceptable (and i didnt used also) to me because it’s half the amount I lost 819 rs and in form of coupon I never wanted wrong item was delivered and it’s totally waste of money for me Sir ,atleast I should get what i ordered and not any other trash item that I didn’t ordered therefore I am earnestly requesting Swiggy team to refund my money back to source for wrong item delivered the proofs of which I already shared on chats and you please decide failing which I do need to complain on Consumer forum and inform on twitter Sir .Upon request to swiggy support they told me here I will get the resolution as they hadn’t have the authority of it so I hope that my justice is given .I ordered chicken biryani and I received Trash food which is totally different
