Name of The Company : Yatra.com Product : Tickets Booking No : 1702230172409 Date of booking : 17-02-2023 Date of flight – 04-04-2023 Amount paid : 5865/- Refunded amount in yatra cash – 1815/- Ticket booked Air india but consumer choose indigo Complaint no.: YA–35953251 Reg Mobile no with company : 9909251440 Reg email id : patelami895@gmail.com Present status : booked ticket Manglore to Ahmedabad but company provides tickets Ahmedabad to manglore and booked indigo flights but they provide air india flights, contacted to company but they are not providing any solution, they charged cancellation charge and all penalties charge and give refund only Rs. 1815/- , in all this matter only company have fault, because they didn’t provide right tickets, & want full amount refund.

We would like to inform you that as per records, the booking has been confirmed as per the search and selection made online by the user for 04 Apr 2023 AMD-IXE with Air India and the flight details is always shown to the customer on the “Review flight Details” page before entering the Traveler Details. Also, we would like to inform you that the booking has already been cancelled and the refund of INR 1815 has been processed in Yatra wallet. Regards, Yatra Care
