Text of Complaint by Piyush:

I made 1st complaint on 15th Sep, even without considering our complaint they closed it without our consent as resolved that is too without knowing the issue.
they issued wrong fastag to me & now instead of taking any action they are delaying it, issued already highlighted to them in detail but still no status is available. Because of this wrong fastage I had to pay double toll & it has also created nuisance on toll boths.
Pathetic customer support, I urge for strict action as I can’t by new tag without closing it.
