I had ordered fastag for my car from paytm but they delivered fastag of someone else’s car and not of my car.

I have called their customer care many times they only say we are working on your complaint it will take 48 to 72 hours but till now nothing has happened on fake assaurance nor are they re issuing my fastag nor refunding my money

Hopeless and shameful people paytm

Please help me as I am unable to get a new fastag unless n until the old one has been blocked or reissued.
