Total consumption was 51 units on category 2 Phase 1 for that they have billed energy charges 306 rupees, Fixed charges 300, Cust Charges 90 rupees , ED 3.06 rupees and development charges 2832 rupees where there is no development happened in past years and SD AMT 2400 rupees. When we have approached to the billing officer and line officer why the bill is higher then they were not able give us a proper justification at all. Also, they are pushing us to pay the full amount which is not possible for the small home miller.
