I have airtel connection and my cell no is 7358262664.On 28/1/2019 I have recharged my mobile for Rs.10/- vide transaction ID190128196260
I have also received a sms stating that balance available is Rs.11.31 and re charge done vide transaction ID401217623
From 29/01/2019 onwards suddenly both in coming and out going calls are disconnected
and informed to recharge.
Kindly confirm whether the above disconnection done is in order when I have Rs.11.31/- credit balance
Pl restore my connection immediately and confirm
