I ordered Chimney from Paytm.
When I received the product, I found that the description of product was wrong mentioned over there. Then I request a return order. They ask to share images of product from all sides and of carton with barcode as well. I provide the same. Then seller reject the request by saying that the product is installed. Now from past 20 days I am telling as well as sharing pictures of product that all the parts of product with packing material is available & not used. But they were continue rejecting request by same msg again & again that the product is installed.
If product is already then why should I raise return request & chase them on daily basis.
