One of my customers order saree from meesho, saree was delivered on 16 April. After receiving saree customer want to returnd due to cheep quality. But the courior partner who deliver the parcel updated wrong status ‘ unable to deliver Ur parcel due to lost of parcrl’. Now we are not able to raise the return complain. Because according to meesho courier was to deliver thn how can it return. I have product AWB no and invoice.. I write to courior partner they told me seller updated to courior partner about lost of courier…
Meesho supplier with the help of courior partner sell the the cheep and damaged product to customer. And when customer want to return the product they smartly play courier lost game.. me Nd my customers very disappointed.. and want to take action against meesho and supplier.
