I am writing to report an unauthorized Cash on Delivery (COD) order that I received. On 22-July-2025, I received a package delivered by Shiprocket (Delivery) courier [Tracking Id-28493180585642], stating it was from Falcon Store, Gujarat. The package contained a green cloth, and I was charged Rs. 1022 as cash on delivery.

I have not placed any order with Falcon Store, Gujarat. This appears to be a fraudulent delivery.

I currently have an active order from Meesho with the same delivery address and for the same COD amount, which I believe may be related to this incident.

I request a full refund of Rs. 1022 for the unauthorized delivery from Falcon Store, Gujarat. Please provide guidance on the process to initiate this refund and investigate this matter thoroughly.
