I had ordered three shirt of XXL size , two white striped and one black striped shirt worth Rs 1299/- from The company The Shirtcart.in Ropar Punjab. on 29/7/2021. the order ID is TSS6653 and the tracking ID provided is 742083306671.
I received a packet on 1 august 2021 at 3.56 pm through Courier Delhivery.After opening the packet i found the shirt of different size, one with size 36 one half sleeve shirt and one more without any size number. these shirts were not ordered by me, they vary in size and the type, and colour.
I wish to lodge a complaint against the company for supplying the shirts of sizes not asked for.please help me in getting the refund of Rs 1299/- from the company at the earliest..
