An order was placed on 11th April. But received a wrong parcel. Instead of 1″ got a 2″ tape.
Later a request for refund was initiated as there was a delay in pick-up. It was also said by an executive that after 3 calls and advance refund will be initiated. But didn’t get any pickup till date and closed to 2 months has already passed. After making multiple calls to the customer service… Still there is no response. Everytime it is being told that a complain has been escalated.
