Sir,

This is with reference to my order AWB 246620681582 for 2 Steamers costing Rs 1576/ whereas your delivery person has wrongly delivered a packet containing 3 face masks, further I am a regular customer of your company.

Previous day I had been delivered a packet containing 200 face masks, so when I received these 3 face masks I assumed that your company must have adjusted some shortfall of my previous days order of 200 face masks. I waited for the Steamers for few more days and subsequently one day I checked my orders on 6th August and I was shocked to see that the Steamers order is showing as delivered and since that day i am pursuing the matter with your Company  and today on 11th August your staff abruptly told me that as it is my fault so the company will neither send me my Steamers nor will it give back my amount.

Please look into the matter at your earliest and resolve the matter so as it is not escalated further else I would be compelled to take legal action against the company.
