Text of Complaint by Sopemla Shingnaisui:

I place order from Maccaron and it was out for delivery on the 26 of March but since it was Sunday and I was on my office duty I asked for next day delivery and the agent also confirmed the same but he deliberately delivered it to someone else and is asking me to ask around the building also when I inform that I was awaiting the delivery the whole day and no one came for delivery and when I called the agent named SHUBHAM he said “galti hojati hai koi badh nahi dubara order karlo” and when I raise queries against it in the Maccaron app no one help me they kept saying to check with neighbour and I filed a complaint also against the delivery courier company but they also told me the same it has been a week yet no one approached me regarding the delivery item nor the Maccaron,the delivery company nor the neighbor who claimed the order and so casually these people are asking me to order it again, I wasted my time waiting for the order and there were freebies and also points that I redeemed by collecting it from 1 year. How can one easily tell you to start from the beginning instead of taking responsibility. I’m ready to even file an FIR against the company Maccaron and BLUE DART because they’re not going to do anything about it and they don’t care about it clearly they got their money that’s it customer received it or not it doesn’t matter so they need to be taught lesson
