I had placed order for anarkali suit set by paying COD Rs. 1200.
However when I opened the package got a set which will not even be worth 100… not at all matching to my order. When I contacted the customer care requesting to collect the item back and refund- I get a reply that I need to courier the received item back to them at my cost as I am reject what I received and they will refund to the wallet once they get it. What I ordered/paid and what I received are not the same but still they are not arranging the return pickup nor are they paying me back in cash.
